Jose H Garcia is from Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico. He has been with the University of Arizona since October of 2010 and loves traveling (68 countries and counting), learning foreign languages, and all things international including volunteering/being a host to foreign exchange students. Jose has a B.A in Political Science and B.A in French.
